1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering with, or using the PHDream 6 platform in any way — whether on desktop, mobile browser, or any other device — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and PHDream 6.
If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must stop using the PHDream 6 platform immediately and refrain from registering an account. Continued use of the site after any amendments to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.
PHDream 6 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, registered players will be notified via email or an in-platform notice. The updated Terms will carry a revised effective date at the top of this page.
2. Eligibility
To create and maintain an active account at PHDream 6, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform:

3. Account Registration
One Account Per Person
Each player is permitted to maintain only one active PHDream 6 account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or shared devices or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being permanently closed. Any balances held in duplicate accounts may be forfeited.
Accurate Information
You are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information during registration. PHDream 6 uses this information for identity verification, payment processing, and compliance purposes. Providing false information is a violation of these Terms and may constitute fraud.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your PHDream 6 login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. PHDream 6 staff will never ask for your password under any circumstances. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility unless you have notified us promptly of a suspected security breach.
Account Closure by Player
You may request to close your PHDream 6 account at any time by contacting customer support. Before closure, ensure all pending withdrawals are processed and any active bonuses are resolved. Accounts closed at the player's request may be reopened upon request, subject to verification.
4. Deposits & Withdrawals
Deposit Methods
PHDream 6 accepts deposits through the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet bank transfers, BDO/BPI/UnionBank online banking, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. All amounts are denominated in Philippine Pesos (₱). PHDream 6 does not charge deposit fees on any of these channels.
Minimum and Maximum Limits

Withdrawal Processing
Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1–3 business hours for e-wallet methods (GCash, Maya) and within 1–3 business days for bank transfers. Processing times may be extended if additional verification is required. PHDream 6 may request supporting documentation before releasing any withdrawal, including but not limited to identity documents and proof of payment method ownership.
Fund Source Requirements
Funds used at PHDream 6 must originate from legitimate, legally-held sources. Any funds identified as potentially connected to unlawful activity will be frozen pending investigation and reported to relevant authorities in compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. Dormant Accounts
An account that has had no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months will be classified as dormant. PHDream 6 may charge a monthly maintenance fee on dormant account balances as permitted by applicable regulations. Players will be notified before any such fees are applied.
5. Bonuses & Promotions
PHDream 6 offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that govern their use, including but not limited to:

6. Gameplay Rules
All games available on the PHDream 6 platform are governed by the rules displayed within each game. In the event of a conflict between general terms and in-game rules, the in-game rules take precedence for that specific game.
Technical Errors
PHDream 6 shall not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of technical errors, service interruptions, or system malfunctions. In the event that a technical error results in an incorrect game outcome, PHDream 6 reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the wager to your account balance. Winnings resulting from a known technical error will not be honored.
Game Integrity
RNG (Random Number Generator) games at PHDream 6 use certified software that produces statistically random outcomes. Live dealer games use physical equipment in licensed studio environments. PHDream 6 does not manipulate or interfere with game outcomes under any circumstances.
Bet Acceptance

7. Prohibited Activities

- Money laundering, fraudulent deposit activity, or use of stolen or unauthorized payment methods
- Harassment, abusive language, or threatening behavior toward PHDream 6 staff or other players
- Any activity that constitutes a violation of Philippine law or applicable international regulations

PHDream 6's total liability to any player for any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Account Termination
PHDream 6 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice if there is reasonable belief of a violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or any conduct that poses a risk to the platform, other players, or the integrity of games.
Upon account closure initiated by PHDream 6 for cause, any remaining real-money balance (after deduction of any amounts connected to violations) will be returned to the player via the original deposit method, subject to verification. Bonus balances and winnings derived from prohibited activity will be forfeited.
Players may appeal an account closure decision by submitting a written request to PHDream 6 support within 30 days of receiving notice of closure. All appeal decisions are final.
13. Amendments to These Terms
PHDream 6 may update these Terms and Conditions at any time.
